The, ever amazing, Coke marking maching is at it again. Simply by asking "what if people could share their can?" they've managed to create an incredable way to reimagine a can of Coke.

Feedback

Feedback can be uncomfortable... for everyone involved. Nobody want's to give critical feedback to someone and I know I hate being told I'm doing something wrong.  However, if you want to: 1. grow as an individual, 2. provide better service as a company, 3. offer a better product, etc... you've got to be open to providing/receiving feedback good or bad. Work to establish a culture that encourages feedback, up and down the ladder. 

FYI... Feedback shouldn't be critical of the individual. Feedback should encourage a person to grow, not go home and cry themselves to sleep.
